In some cases, your order may even be ready for dispatch on the same day! We ship from Lake Macquarie, NSW, and delivery times will depend on your location. Once dispatched, orders can take up to a week to arrive.

Once a parcel has been delivered to your address, we are no longer responsible for any damage or theft that may occur. If you are unable to accept the delivery in person or feel that your address is not secure enough to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend directing your order to a work or alternate address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and we are not notified promptly, you will be required to pay for shipping again based on your preferred shipping option.
